1.Udaipur City Palace

The palace has different sections of Villas and Palaces like Amar Vilas, Krishna Vilas, Manak Mahal and Moti Mahal. You should attend Mewar Light and Sound Show in the evening here.

2. Lake Palace

This Lake Palace is operated by Taj Group. It Offers awesome views of the Arvalli Hills. It is near 4 km long man-made Pichola Lake. This Palace has amazing beauty and view. It is one of the best romantic locations in Udaipur. Maharaja Jagat Singh II built this amazing Palace. It has attractive sculpted marble and moldings.You can do Boat ride also from Rameshwar Ghat to the City Palace here.

3.Jagmandir

This is also situated at Lake Pichola. This made in 17th Century. It is also romantic destination. Jagmandir has attractive splendor and tranquility. It has sections like Garden Courtyard, Gul Mahal, Darikhana, Bara Patharon ka Mahal, Kunwar Pada ka Mahal and Zenana Mahal. You can visit here during Boat riding.

4.Jagdish Temple

Jagdish Temple is Indo-Aryan dedicated to Maharana Jagat Singh. There is attractive black stone diety of Lord Vishnu and other shrines for Sun God, Lord Ganesha, Lord Shiva and Goddess Shakti. In the evening sunset Aarti is amazing here.

5. Saheliyon ki Bari

It is also called Garden of the Maidens. In early years of 18th Century Maharana Sangram singh has built this garden. Many attractive things here like Pretty women dancing, Singing and beautiful marble elephants, fountains a Lotus Pool and kiosks bear ample testimony.

6. Sajjangarh Palace

It is also called The Monsoon Palace. And Located on a hilltop. It offers wonderful views of Fateh Sagar Lake and wildlife Sanctury. Sajjangarh Palace made only for entertainment purpose to enjoy monsoon clouds. It is built by Maharaja Sajjan Singh in 1884. 

7. Fateh Sagar Lake

It is also called “The Second Kashmir”. It is man-made amazing natural view, clean  place. Fateh Sagar Lake has 4 wonderful islands. You can visit by boat.

8.Lake Pichola

This Lake made in 1362 AD by Banjara tribesman. Lake Pichola’s length is 4 km and width is 3 km. There is many things around Lake like Palaces, Temples, Ghats, Chabutras, Royal quarters and many islands. You can take boat from the City Palace to the Arsi Vilas Island to explore bird sanctuary.

9. Udaisagar Lake

This Lake is made by Maharana Udai Singh in 1565. It is one of the 5 popular lakes. It built across Berach River. This River supply water to City. You can enjoy trough Boat Ride or Camel ride and wonderful sunset and natural view here.

10. Jaisamand Lake

This Lake is also called “Dhebar Lake”. It is the largest artificial lake in the World. And popular by Marble Dam  made by Maharaja Jai Singh in 1685. There is attractive marble statues and Chatris. You can also enjoy wildlife sanctuary and birds here.

11. Rajsamand Lake

This Lake is 17th century  lake. Maharanas were performed tuladan. There are attractive 5 toranas to visit. And another attractive Vaishnava temple for tourists to visit.

12. Jiyan Sagar Lake

This Lake is also called Badi ka Talab. It is another attractive and Peaceful place in Rajasthani Architecture. It was made in feminine era. The lake name was after Maharana Raj Singh’s mother Jana Devi.

13. Doodh Talai

One of the most charming Udaipur tourist places, Doodh Talai is a lake very close to Lake Pichola. Even though it is just a small pond, Doodh Talai (literally meaning, ‘Milk Pond’) attracts visitors to its two parks that lie on adjacent hillocks. The Manikya Lal Verma Garden is a municipal park that affords beautiful views of the Lake Pichola and houses the Karni Mata Temple that also attracts many visitors. Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhyay Park is the other public park hemmed to Doodh Talai and attracts visitors to its musical fountain – a first in Rajasthan.

This Lake is near to Lake Pichola. Doodh Talai meaning is “Milk Pond”. It has two attractive parks : The Manikya Lal Verma Garden and Pandit Deen Dayal Upadhya Park.   

14. Maharana Pratap Memorial

This place is popular for Maharana Pratap and his beloved horse Chetak’s wonderful and creative statue. It is located at right at the top of the Moti Magri. It is believed that horse saved his master’s(warrior king ) life in the epic battle of Haldighati. A Japanese garden and old fort in Udaipur is nearest place to visit.

15. Vintage Car Museum

It is imperative that you see the historic & Classic Car Collection, a museum showcasing historic cars, if this is your first time visiting the City of Lakes. The museum, which used to be housed in the Mewar State Motor Garage, features opulent antique vehicles such as a 1934 Rolls-Royce Phantom II that was later modified to serve as a pick-up truck for royal hunts and another 1934 Rolls-Royce that was used to transport the whole Mewar royal cricket team. A Ford Model A, a number of Mercedes-Benzes, Cadillacs, Buicks, and numerous other vehicles are also visible. The royal Shell petrol pump, which is still operational, is one of the museum’s highlights!
